Today I noticed that UNIQ official account tweeted photos of Sung Joo (성주) when he was on a Korean show called 니하오 차이나 (Nǐhǎo China). UNIQ is the reason I’m learning Chinese so I got excited that maybe I could learn Chinese from Sung Joo by watching the show.
but it was the wrong one. I watched the entire episode no. 137 but no Sung Joo.
니하오 차이나 (보이는 라디오) http://www.ebs.co.kr/tv/show?prodId=119303&lectId=10566537 But I was glad that I could watch it without registration.
I googled again and finally found Nǐhǎo China from EBS TV that I was looking for (http://home.ebs.co.kr/nihaochina/).
I watched this: http://home.ebs.co.kr/nihaochina/replay/5/list?courseId=10021834&stepId=10025418 I could watch it without registration.
In Korean, without subtitles, and the video was kind of heavy. It’s not a program to learn the language, more about the culture or what’s trending in China, and they introduce some Chinese phrases as ‘useful tips’.
While watching, I couldn’t help but thinking ‘I don’t understand this part, I really need to start learning Korean seriously’ and ‘am I learning Korean or Chinese?’.
Later, I found a YouTube channel where I could watch short clips of Sung Joo taken from the show (and also Munhan, I didn’t know Munhan was also on the show). Thank you… another UNICORN (UNIQ’s fans).
I learned some Chinese…
Nǐ hǎo shuài.
You’re really handsome.
Wǒ yídìng qù.
I will definitely go.
I will use 你好帅。(You’re really handsome) the next time UNIQ members have a live chat on V app (http://www.vlive.tv/channels/F88D5). 😁 ###
